This article discusses the essence of pedagogical tact and pedagogical ethics, their importance in the educational process, and their role in a teacher's professional activity. It also analyzes the formation of positive relationships between teachers and students, the creation of a healthy classroom environment, and the support of students' moral and psychological development. The article presents methods for applying pedagogical tact and ethics in practice and provides recommendations for their improvement.
