Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the efficiency of mortgage loan portfolios in commercial banks of Uzbekistan and highlights the ways to improve them. During the research, the volume of mortgage loans, the quality of the loan portfolio, interest rates, and repayment levels were studied using economic and statistical methods. In addition, the factors affecting the development of mortgage lending in commercial banks and existing problems were analyzed, and scientific proposals and recommendations for eliminating them were developed.
