Annotatsiya

The vegetable plant Vigna is native to Africa and Southeast Asia. The largest producers are China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Nigeria, and Niger, which together account for 66% of global production. According to FAO statistics for 2017, Vigna is cultivated on an area of 12.5 million hectares (31 million acres), with an annual global harvest of 3 million tons, and approximately 200 million people consume it daily. The article presents the sowing dates and agronomic practices for growing Vigna in Uzbekistan, based on the natural and climatic conditions.
