Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the current environmental policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the theoretical and legal basis of environmental policy based on the views of scientists. According to the end of the analysis, the existing problems in the field of environmental policy were analyzed and suggestions for their solution were developed.
