The article examines modern tools for improving the efficiency of an enterprise's economic management in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The directions of digitalization of management processes, the introduction of information technologies, business intelligence systems and automation of managerial decision-making are considered. The analysis of the impact of digital tools on the economic efficiency of enterprises is carried out. Practical recommendations on the introduction of modern digital technologies into the economic management system of the enterprise are presented.
