This article is dedicated to studying the importance of understanding patients' psychological state in pharmaceutical education. The research emphasizes the significance of psychological knowledge and skills for pharmaceutical personnel working directly with patients, as well as the necessity of establishing sincere communication with the patient. The article provides detailed information on how accurately assessing a patient's psychological state enhances their readiness to take medications and increases their confidence in the effectiveness of the treatment.
