This article analyzes the process of a person's awareness of social influences, their behavior, and the formation of their "I" image. The article presents changes in self-awareness through an individual's self-image, the influence of the social environment, the process of reflection, and age-sex differences. Negative and positive emotions in the process of self-awareness and self-management are also considered. The article helps to understand the relationship between social norms in the formation of the individual's "I," their place in society, and social relationships.
