Annotatsiya

This article is dedicated to the topic “Effective Initiatives and Best Practices in Protecting Women’s Rights” and analyzes successful initiatives and best practices in safeguarding women’s rights. The article examines global efforts to achieve gender equality, with a particular focus on reforms aimed at supporting women in the political, economic, educational, and healthcare sectors. It also discusses issues such as gender-based violence against women, labor market inequalities in certain countries, and legal interventions. By highlighting best practices, the article explores effective ways to protect women’s rights and the successful initiatives implemented by governments, including legislation, education, and social programs, that have contributed to achieving gender equality. The article also emphasizes the importance of global cooperation and active government participation in ensuring gender equality. Special attention is given to the experiences of Scandinavian countries (particularly Sweden and Norway), Iceland, Rwanda, Canada, and Switzerland, which have achieved success in ensuring gender equality in the labor market, politics, and social spheres through policies and initiatives. The article shows how these countries can serve as models for other nations in advancing gender equality.
