Annotatsiya

The aim:  Purpose of the study. Improving treatment outcomes for patients with spastic cerebral palsy of the lower extremities. Methods. Conducting training in the form of a diagnostic and treatment complex, which included a series of tests and the use of surgical methods to take into account the severity and localization of contractures in the lower limb. Results. The introduction of one-stage multi-level surgical correction of spastic cerebral palsy of the lower extremities in children with a complex of rehabilitation treatment into treatment tactics gives good results in the postoperative period in up to 71% of cases. Conclusions. Indications for surgical treatment of patients with spastic cerebral palsy of the lower extremities were determined, taking into account the severity of the pathology. The use of one-stage multi-level surgical intervention for the correction of spastic forms of cerebral palsy of the lower extremities in children remains a priority.
