The article is devoted to the study of criteria of admissibility of application of information and communication technologies in the advocate’s activity. The article examines the legal framework governing the use of ICT in law practice in the context of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in foreign countries, and proposes a set of criteria to ensure compliance with attorney-client privilege when using these technologies.
