The article analyzes the existing loopholes and shortcomings in the legislative norms in ensuring human rights, freedoms and legitimate interests in the operational-search activities of the internal affairs bodies and proposes amendments and additions to the “operational-search activities” and “Criminal-Procedural Code”of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
