Modern issues of modeling and treatment of complicated postoperative periods remain the most critical problems of surgery [1]. Careful monitoring should be carried out in the early phase of the postoperative period of abdominal operations, especially in the "non-standard" implementation of the open or endovideosurgical intervention itself [2]. In this regard, it is necessary to create a special endoscopic laparostomy capable of providing early diagnosis of complications (bleeding, bile leakage, peritonitis, etc.) and ensuring its timely elimination.
