Today, there is a high growth in the production of vegetable oil in the world, which is one of the leading in the food production industry. Distillation in the extraction system at vegetable oil production plants is one of the most complex and energy-intensive processes. Therefore, the introduction of intensive methods necessary for the production of vegetable oils, the creation of modern equipment and technology is of scientific and practical importance.
