The article explores the influence of Western culture on the economy of Central Asian countries in the context of globalization. It examines key aspects of cultural transformation that drive economic changes, including the spread of Western consumption models, the development of entrepreneurship, digitalization, and the adoption of modern business practices. The study analyzes the impact of Western educational standards on workforce training and the modernization of the region’s economic structure. Special attention is given to the adaptation of Western values such as individualism, competition, and innovation, and their influence on the economic strategies of local companies.
