Annotatsiya

This work presents the results of the analysis of literature data to determine the bioactive substances in the composition of common peach (Persica vulgaris Mill.). Based on the results of the analysis of literature data, it was determined that the fruits and leaves of common peach contain biologically active substances (flavonoids, polysaccharides, amino acids, vitamins, organic acids, essential oil, amygdalin, furocoumarin).
