The article highlights the role and significance of the “Step towards PhD” project in developing the scientific potential of young researchers in Uzbekistan. In the context of global competition, this project is of great importance as it supports young scholars, provides them with methodological assistance, promotes international scientific cooperation, and helps them achieve success in research activities. Within the framework of the project, training sessions are organized to develop research methodology, presentation of research results, public speaking, psychological preparedness, and other skills. These initiatives contribute to further enhancing the scientific capacity of young female researchers.
