This study examines the Labor Market Readiness Scale (LMRS), a novel framework designed to quantify the integration of general work experience into marketing career development. Through mathematical validation and case analysis, we demonstrate how the LMRS bridges the theory-practice gap by providing a structured mechanism for valuing pre-professional experience.
