Annotatsiya
This study presents a technology aimed at improving the composition and physicochemical properties of ammonium nitrate by incorporating Qizilqum phosphorites and phosphogypsum additives. The influence of phosphorus compounds and calcium sulfate on the crystallization process of ammonium nitrate was examined. The results demonstrated a significant reduction in hygroscopicity, an increase in storage stability, and improved granule strength. The introduction of 5-10% phosphorite and 2-4% phosphogypsum was found to be optimal. This approach not only enhances the quality of ammonium nitrate fertilizers but also promotes the efficient utilization of local raw materials, ensuring both economic and agronomic benefits.
