Annotatsiya

During the socio-economic transformations of recent years in Uzbekistan, great importance is attached to the development of women's sports, including women's football. A theoretical analysis of scientific, methodological and special literature revealed a problem that requires research into the possibilities of improving the speed-strength readiness of highly qualified football players at various stages of the annual training cycle. Questions related to the peculiarities of women’s training have appeared since their first participation in various sports competitions. This article is about how to optimize the methodology of speed-power skills, about the role of women's football in higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
