The article provides information on the inclusion of absolutely healthy children and adolescents with normal physical development in the basic health group, in the preparatory health group of children and adolescents with poor physical development, chronic diseases, in the special health group of children and adolescents with frequent attacks of chronic diseases, complications of serious adverse health changes due to injuries. When recommending a sport to children and adolescents admitted to the sports section, recommendations are given on taking into account the features of the body structure and age, the formation of sports groups in the sports section.
