DETERMINATION OF THE ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF A MIXTURE OF NIGELLA SATIVA L AND ALTHAEA OFFICINALIS L OIL AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN FOLK MEDICINE

In this article reviewed the method of "Cold pressing" that was used to preserve the useful chemical substances of the oil of Nigella sativa l and Althaea officinalis l. Using the Using the "DD85-G" pressing equipment, the oils were extracted by pressing the quality seeds of sedana and althaea, which were cleaned in accordance with sanitary requirements.The antioxidant avtivity of mixture of oils was determined by the autooxidation method of epinephrin in vitro. The antioxidant activity of the investigated oil mixture was checked by phytochemical tests. The antioxidant activity of the mixture of oil was determined by the inhibition of the autoxidation reaction of adrenaline in vitro, and it was checked that it prevents the formation of the free form of oxygen. A mixture of oils was compared with standard antioxidants quercetin and gliclazide.
