Annotatsiya
The use of synthetic materials for hernioplasty in patients with postoperative ventral hernias (PVH) allows us to reduce the frequency of wound complications. However, the success of surgical treatment of PVH depends on proper preparation for the operation, selection of optimal method of alloplasty and efficient management of the patient during the postoperative period. Results of surgical treatment of 143 patients with PVH, which were operated during 2018-2022 in Bukhara regional multidisciplinary medical center, were analyzed. Polypropylene mesh implants produced by «Paha» (Turkey) were used for hernioplasty. In 65 (45,4%) patients onlay plasty was performed; 78 (54,5%) patients underwent sublay plasty. In the early postoperative period general complications were noted in 7 (4,8%) patients, wound complications - in 15 (10,5%) patients, the mortality rate was 0,69%. To improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with PVH one should follow some recommendations. In the preoperative period a comprehensive examination of patients with the preparation of individual program of prevention of wound, tromboembolic and pulmonary complications can be helpful.
