Annotatsiya
Infertility can become a source of significant stress and emotional distress, leading to the development of various mental disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, and low self-esteem. Men facing this issue may experience feelings of loss, helplessness, and social isolation, which negatively impact their overall psycho-emotional state and quality of life. Moreover, societal stereotypes regarding the role of men as primary providers and fathers can exacerbate feelings of guilt and shame in infertile men. This often results in many of them not seeking help from specialists, further worsening their condition and potentially leading to negative consequences for both themselves and their partners. Given the above, assessing the mental state of men with infertility becomes particularly relevant. Understanding the psychological aspects of infertility allows for the development of more effective therapeutic methods and support aimed at improving the quality of life for men and their families. Research on this topic can contribute to the formation of a comprehensive approach to infertility treatment that includes not only medical but also psychological aspects, thereby enhancing treatment effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
