The article examines the process of purposeful education, which is one of the subjective factors that affect the formation of a human›s personality. The author emphasizes that the human personality is not an absolutely unchanging phenomenon, and emphasizes that the elements contained in it are formed and improved throughout a person›s life. In particular, the article reveals the role of purposeful conscious activity in the formation of a human›s personality, its development. In particular, it has been scientifically established that the effectiveness of this subjective factor is high only when continuous spiritual education is subordinated to a single goal, when each subject fulfills a certain part of the general goal in detail.
