According to the results of a retrospective study (2019-2022), the average age of pregnant women in Tajikistan after the IVF procedure is 31.1 years, while in patients with a history of primary infertility - 28 years, with secondary infertility - 34.4 years. Medical and social characteristics of pregnant women who have undergone IVF are city dwellers, housewives with low social status and insufficient awareness of their own health. Concomitant somatic pathology and burdened obstetric and gynecological history are potential factors influencing the course of pregnancy and perinatal outcomes in women undergoing IVF. After the IVF procedure, more than 1/3 of the pregnant women experienced complications of the gestational period in the form of early and late spontaneous miscarriage, threatening preterm birth, impaired uteroplacental blood flow, and preeclampsia. In most cases, women after the IVF procedure were delivered on time at full-term pregnancy by caesarean section. Preterm births accounted for 17.5%. Every third baby was born in a state of mild asphyxia, eight percent - moderately severe; every tenth newborn had a low birth weight. Pregravid correction of the identified pathology in women before the IVF procedure and the development of clinical recommendations for the management of pregnant women after IVF will reduce gestational complications and improve perinatal outcomes.
