THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF IDEOLOGICAL REFORMS IN RESTORING AND DEVELOPING NATIONAL VALUES

Аннотация
In the contemporary era, ideological reforms play a significant and unique role in shaping new social consciousness. This process is carried out in line with the social, political, economic, and cultural conditions of each state. The development of any society relies on its national ideas, which in turn necessitate the creation of an ideology based on the historical experience, values, and traditions of its people. Strengthening national identity and self-awareness paves the way for establishing a foundation for new societal thinking. The advancement of information technology has both positive and negative impacts on ideological processes. During this period, any ideological reform must consider modern means of information. Through global networks, international ideas and ideologies accelerate the process of forming new thinking. The article considers ideology as a situation where interests in social knowledge are integrated with representations of reality. Overall, ideology is not only accepted as a rational generalization and expression of unconscious interests and "psychological motivation" but also includes elements of "real" consciousness that should not be dismissed as a harmful phenomenon.
