RELATIONSHIP OF VENTILATORY DYSFUNCTION IN DIFFERENT PHENOTYPES OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA WITH Gln27Glu POLYMORPHISM OF β2-ADRENORECEPTOR GENE

Аннотация
To investigate the relationship between the Gln27Glu polymorphism of the β2-adrenoceptor gene and the main parameters of the function of external breathing, as well as the various pathogenetic variants of bronchial asthma, 130 people of Uzbek nationality were examined. Among them, 83 patients had bronchial asthma. Thirteen individuals with allergic bronchial asthma, twenty-eight non-allergic patients, and twenty-eight patients with mixed illnesses were evaluated. The patients were 42.5±1.41 years old on average. 47 people in the control group were nearly all in good health. Our findings indicate that in Uzbek patients with bronchial asthma, the β2-adrenoceptor gene Gln27Glu polymorphism influences the bronchodilation characteristics of β2-agonists; specifically, the Glu27Glu polymorphism decreases the sensitivity of β2-adrenoreceptors to β2-agonists, while Gln27Gln and Gln27Glu polymorphisms increase sensitivity.
