Combined forms of these pathologies are often the result of the simultaneous manifestation of a number of danger components, the leading of which are considered to be tobacco use, untreated asthma, as well as the recurrent course of respiratory infections. In this aspect, the formation of each individual component depends on the patient’s genome [10]. The presence of a number of undesirable effects often complicates the diagnosis of the disease, in some heavy smokers and elderly patients, which violates the correct management of patients and the principles of rational pharmacotherapy. Currently, the management of patients with SPBA is based on the same principles that are used in the treatment of bronchial asthma. The main products for patients with asthma are inhaled GC in combination with long-acting b2-agonists.
