Arterial hypertension (AH) is one of the main factors in the development of chronic heart failure (CHF), associated with impaired left ventricular (LV) diastolic function. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of combined treatment of patients with SLE IIB (III FC according to NYHA) with angiotensin II receptor antagonists (50 mg daily), cardiac glycoside digoxin (0.25 mg daily), and indapamide (1.5 mg daily). The study involved 72 patients. They underwent ECG, EchoCG, assessed glomerular filtration rate (GFR), and monitored diuresis. By the 6th day of treatment, the patients' clinical condition improved, LV ejection fraction increased from 36.5% to 45.6%, diuresis increased to 1600 ml, blood pressure decreased, and heart rate normalized in 36.1% of patients. Thus, combined therapy demonstrated high effectiveness in eliminating hemodynamic disorders in patients with SLE against the background of hypertension.
