Annotatsiya
This paper investigates the efficiency of recovering base and rare metals from polymetallic ores through the combined application of gravity and flotation beneficiation methods. The feed material obtained from a spiral classifier was first processed in a KNELSON gravity concentrator to achieve the preliminary concentration of free gold and heavy minerals. Subsequently, sulfide minerals were recovered by flotation, while the flotation tailings were further upgraded using a shaking table. The results demonstrate that the combined gravity–flotation processing scheme enhances the recovery of valuable components, reduces metal losses, and improves the overall efficiency of complex polymetallic ore beneficiation.
