This article provides a scientific analysis of the role and significance of information technologies in improving the management system of service enterprises. It examines the theoretical and practical foundations of applying modern information and communication technologies in the context of digital transformation, including business process automation, the implementation of digital management tools, enhanced managerial decision-making, and the development of customer-oriented services. Based on the research findings, scientific and practical recommendations are proposed for improving the mechanisms of information technology development in service enterprise management.
