This article, based on the results of the AL-9124093960 practical project "Development of Integrated Agrotechnology for Combating Soil Salinity," is dedicated to studying the treatment of mineralized collector-drainage waters using reverse osmosis (RO) technology and the impact of using treated water in leaching saline soils on the ecological and reclamation state of the soils. Research was conducted on irrigated meadow-alluvial soils of the S. Kalandarov massif in the Urgench district of the Khorezm region. The results of research on leaching saline soils with reverse osmosis-treated collector-drainage water (variant 2V) and untreated collector-drainage water (control variant 26V) are presented. Reverse osmosis technology reduced the SAR of drainage water from 7.02 to 0.79 (88.7%), total mineralization by 75.6%, Mg2+ ion content by 92.9%, and Cl- ion content by 84.1%. As a result of washing the soils with water purified by reverse osmosis (2V), in all soil layers (0-30, 30-70, 70-100 cm), the SAR indicator decreased by 46.1-62.9%, and the Na+ ion content by 46.9-62.8%. In the control variant (26V), on the contrary, an increase in the SAR indicator from 7.58 to 9.79 (+29.1%) was observed in the 70-100 cm layer, indicating that the use of mineralized drainage water for leaching saline soils leads to a deterioration of the soil's ecological and reclamation state.
