Annotatsiya
The article develops methodological foundations for investigating the interrelationship between corporate governance and economic efficiency in construction industry enterprises. The study aims to substantiate that this relationship is not unidirectional but characterized by mutual causality. The types of interrelationships, methodological principles, assessment methods, and their limitations are systematically analyzed. The author proposes a five-stage methodological framework for examining the relationship, along with an assessment sequence integrating correlation analysis, dynamic regression analysis, and elasticity analysis. The research results provide a scientifically grounded basis for measuring the effectiveness of corporate governance in construction industry enterprises and enable evidence-based managerial decision-making.
