The article presents a classification and comparative analysis of analytical and graphical analytical methods for studying nonlinear magnetic circuits with distributed parameters. It is shown that when studying magnetic circuits with distributed parameters without a moving part and with a moving part at the beginning and (or) at the end of the circuit, the most effective is the classical method of compiling and solving differential equations, and for magnetic circuits with distributed parameters and with a moving part within the circuit, the method of dividing the circuit into certain sections.
