Annotatsiya

This article explores superplasticizers as effective chemical admixtures that enhance the workability of concrete mixes without compromising strength characteristics. It analyzes the mechanisms of action of various types of superplasticizers, such as polynaphthalene sulfonates, polycarboxylates, and others, and their impact on water reduction, structure, and hydration of cementitious systems. Particular attention is given to the optimal selection of superplasticizers based on cement composition and curing conditions. Comparative data on different brands and dosages of admixtures are presented. The results of laboratory studies confirm the effectiveness of superplasticizers in the production of low-heat concretes. It is established that correct selection and dosage of admixtures improve mix workability and reduce energy consumption related to vibration processing.
