The article examines the geostrategic, economic, and logistical aspects of the formation of the Zangezur transport corridor and its influence on the configuration of transit flows between Central Asia, the South Caucasus, and Europe. The study analyzes the existing routes for cargo transportation from Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan and evaluates the potential for integrating the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan route with European markets through the Zangezur corridor. Particular attention is given to the risks, opportunities, and development prospects of the project under consideration, as well as to its impact on the diversification of international transport chains. It is demonstrated that, under the current geopolitical circumstances, the implementation of the corridor strengthens the transit role of Uzbekistan as a distributor of cargo for Central Asia and of Azerbaijan as a distribution hub for the European direction. The article concludes that the Zangezur corridor represents an important element of the emerging Eurasian transport and logistics architecture.
