The food shortage in the world is increasing year by year. Restrictions on exports and disruptions in transport and logistics are exacerbating the problem. The issue of mutual integration of production, processing, storage, service and sale (export) processes in the field of fruit and vegetables, development of clusters (cooperation), ensuring food safety and increasing the volume of exports is becoming an urgent issue today. This article analyzes data on growing, storing, processing and exporting of fruit and vegetable products in the agriculture of our country. The problems were studied and proposals were developed regarding the allocation of subsidies for the production of agricultural products.
