This work is devoted to the classification of food additives “Aschifo” and “Oltin Vodiy”, used for the treatment of hepatitis B, based on their chemical composition in accordance with the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity. To date, food additives made from medicinal plants or their components are not classified according to chemical composition in accordance with the rules of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity (TN FEA) and they are not assigned international commodity codes. For the first time, we have classified natural, biologically active food additives based on some medicinal plants. “Asshifo” and “Oltin Vodiy” are classified according to their chemical composition, recommended and introduced into the range of goods of foreign economic activity as follows: 121230 for food additives, 1212300001 for “Food additives containing Avenacin, quercetin, pulegone and its derivatives, natural compounds containing carvacrol, carnosol, rosemary or parts thereof.
