Gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) is a appelation that encompasses a group of pregnancy-associated pathological conditions that develop as a result of pathological cell proliferation of the trophoblast cells. The purpose of the study was to study the characteristics of the clinical course of different forms of Gestational Trophoblastic Disease in the Andijan region based on a retrospective analysis of case histories of 230 women for 2015-2022. Gestational Trophoblastic Disease has a number of subjective and objective symptoms, the most common of which are bleeding of varying intensity, pain in the lower abdomen, and an increase of the uterus. Analysis of the material confirms that with a sufficient objective examination of patients, it is possible to obtain sufficiently the possibility of early recognition of Gestational Trophoblastic Disease in the early stages, which reduces the likelihood of complications.
