The rapid development of modern pragmalinguistics and communication theory has shifted scholarly focus from structural language descriptions to the dynamic interaction of subjects in society. While Speech Act Theory (SAT), the Theory of Speech Genres (TSG), and the Theory of Speech Strategies and Tactics (TSST) provide distinct lenses for examining verbal interaction, their internal connections remain under-explored. This article proposes an integrated framework that conceptualizes speech acts as micro-level functional units, speech genres as macro-level structural envelopes, and communicative strategies and tactics as procedural coordinators.
