The article is dedicated to analysis of the scientific literature and legal document, concerning pictures of child health, child disability, and medical-social help for children with limited possibility. The main reasons of the disability happen to article, factors of the risk, and actions on preventive maintenance childhood disability that presents itself main problems pediatric chain of public health systems. In article is given determinations and is described functions of the register rare diseases, as well as neonatal screening as one of the most efficient action of the early discovery and preventive maintenances of the hereditary diseases, bring to disability. It is described and revealed essence to international categorization of the operation, restrictions to vital activity and health. Results of the introduction different type rehabilitee programs applicable to children with disability are given. Main trends action on improvement medical-social help to children with disability is opened.
