Annotatsiya
Today, arthroscopy is the optimal method for the diagnosis and treatment of knee joint injuries. Arthroscopy has made it possible to classify meniscal injuries by morphological types: horizontal, transverse, radial, watering can handle injuries, as well as meniscal root injuries. Meniscus injuries are often observed in combination with anterior cruciate ligament injuries and occur mainly in people who lead an active lifestyle. Combined meniscal damage with anterior cruciate ligament is observed in 25-65% of cases, of which damage to the inner meniscus is 25-45%, and damage to the outer meniscus is 31-65% (Slastinin V.V., Fine A.M., Sychevsky M.V., Bondarev V.B. 2018, Fox A.J.S., Wanivenhaus F., Burge A.J., and et al. 2015). Meniscal injuries combined with anterior cruciate ligament injuries can lead to the development of osteoarthritis. (Irismetov M.E., Usmonov F.M., and et al. 2019, Michael J. Strobel. 2019).
