Annotatsiya
Purpose of the study:The temperature range for the cultivation of pathogenic fungal pathogens in a nutrient medium based on local ingredients was studied. Materials and methods of research: In the course of scientific research, the temperature range of pathogenic material (skin scrapings, infected hair and nail plates) obtained from 250 patients was studied in a local nutrient medium by the culture method against the causative agents of fungal skin diseases. Results: A low-cost and highly productive nutrient medium has been created for the daily use of bacteriological laboratories within all treatment and prevention institutions (branches of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Dermatovenereology and Cosmetology, private laboratories) located in the territory of our republic. Conculusion: Studies conducted on the study of the temperature range during the germination of dermatophytes have shown that the optimal temperature range for the germination of each dermatomycosis pathogen in the nutrient medium is necessary.
