GUT MICROBIOTA: CORRELATION OF PHYSICAL LOAD, DIET, AND HEAT EXCHANGE
ЮСУПОВ Машраб Исматиллович
Annotatsiya
This article analyzes the impact of physical exercise and dietary factors on the composition and bacterial diversity of the gut microflora. Regular physical activity promotes an increase in beneficial bacteria in the gut, particularly species that produce short-chain fatty acids. At the same time, heat exchange processes resulting from intensive loads directly affect the permeability of the intestinal barrier and the microbiome balance. A diet rich in plant components plays an important role in mitigating the negative effects of heat stress observed during exercise and in strengthening the immune system. The article examines the intercorrelation of these factors from the perspective of athletes' endurance and physiological adaptation.
