Annotatsiya

This article examines the formation of the judicial system in the Kokand Khanate, its legal foundations, and its relationship with socio-political processes. The study analyzes the activities of qadis (judges), the role of judicial practice in social life, and the impact of court decisions on political stability. Special attention is given to the importance of judicial institutions in ensuring justice and their place in state administration. Based on historical sources, the article provides a scientific assessment of the role of the judicial system in regulating social relations and its influence on socio-political developments.
