Abstract. This article is devoted to topical issues of training highly qualified teaching staff for Uzbekistan, based on the new requirements of the time. The education of the younger generation is associated with the training of qualified personnel who meet the most modern and promising requirements of the state. In order to turn Uzbekistan into a dynamically developing country with a market economy with a high share of intellectual contribution to society. It reveals the goals of training pedagogical personnel, identifies the tasks, and names the measures for the implementation of these tasks. This article presents changes in the departmental bodies of the republic, which are directly related to the activities of the system of continuous education in Uzbekistan.
