Annotatsiya

The article presents scientific hypotheses on the pedagogical and methodological significance of open mobile educational content, which needs to be organized in order to develop the activities of the education cluster, and provides tasks for the development of basic pedagogical strategies of the education cluster. The catalytic function of the cluster in education and its attributes are explained.
