This article presents the issues of ensuring the rule of law in our country, the norms and principles of our General Law, as well as the implementation of such reforms as the protection of human rights and freedoms. In addition, this article discusses issues related to the quality of the language and style of legal documents and the practice of law enforcement, the role of the language and style of legal documents in achieving unity of form and content of legal norms.
