In this article, during the repression of the «Cotton affair» in Navoi region, representatives of other industries such as trade, construction, cocooning, mining, and education were suppressed. The investigative team led by Gdlyan uses illegal methods in the investigation process and forces false charges against the accused. The article analyzes the case of people who have been unjustly punished as criminals and who have suffered, and the rights and freedoms of the accused have been violated.
