Annotatsiya

This article presents a methodology for teaching the arithmetic fundamentals of information processing on a computer. The article also describes the possibilities of working with the address bus and data field, the concept of digit, and the representation of fixed and floating point numbers in the form of 32 digits. The differences between ASCII and UNICODE tables are given, as well as ways to solve information encoding problems.
